About Me

Jasmine Saunders was born and raised in the greatest city in the world New York City. This young journalist went to college in Delaware State University where she got her B.A. in Mass Communications with a concentration in Convergence Journalism. While there she was the Editor-in-Chief of her campus newspaper The Hornet and also interned with NPR’s Delaware affiliate WDDE Delaware Public Media. Along with one of the station’s reporters she was able to executive produce her six-part series called “DREAMers: living the dream”.

Now, Jasmine is back in NYC living her best life while juggling working full time and being a freelance journalist. She is steadily working toward her goal of diversifying the investigative journalist ranks and aspiring to making change through her words. Watch out now.
